Min nära anhörig genomförde en ögonoperation på Memira, och jag vill varna ALLA för att operera sina ögon här. Inte nog med att hon drabbades av antal komplikationer (infektion, torra ögon, distorsioner i synfältet m.m), de övertalade henne …

My close relative had eye surgery at Memira, and I want to warn EVERYONE to have their eyes operated on here. Not only did she suffer from a number of complications (infection, dry eyes, distortions in the field of vision, etc.), they also persuaded her to have NEW surgeries to correct the errors, which made things even worse. She still suffers from the consequences today and is forced to wear glasses, which was the whole reason she had the surgery in the first place (to avoid them). But now with the addition of several problems that she didn't have before. And tens of thousands of kronor poorer. The worst thing of all, however, is not the complications, but how unpleasant they treated her afterwards. As if it was her own fault that she suffered complications that no one would wish on their worst enemy. Deeply concerning attitude from this company through and through and the opposite of customer-centric. Do not have your eyes operated on here (or really anywhere). Avoid Memira at all costs.

Jag har bara varit här på undersökning än, men jag måste säga att de gör det lite grundligare här än på andra kliniker jag har besökt (i Stockholm). Personalen är också otroligt vänlig och omtänksam, väldigt bra bemötande!
