Super bad experience. We went in, with 20k (€) in the pocket for buying a car. Two salesman, hardly said hello, was zero interest to show any car. We were ready to buy, but now of to a another place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Sad experience.

Everything I have written in my review about the same company in Fredrikstad is totaly opposite here - they do not want to sell you anything, neither they care! Maybe one can get their attention by trying to roll out one of the cars?! Not sure event that will help - they are all locked!

Very busy office but the sales people are nice. We called Tor Ivar over phone to ask about a Honda car before going to see it. He was busy at that time but called me back and we had a short discussion over the price. The next day (Saturday) we went there around 13:00 before they close at 14:00. Since we had a baby with us, his colleague came to pick us up at the railway station. Tor was patient and offered two test drives (one for my wife and one for me, separately). He explained about the best credit and insurance he can offer and compared it with the ones we had. He patiently answered all the questions about the car. We drove off with the car past 14:30. Mobile Sarpsborg had better price for the car we purchased. Other Mobile dealers and private dealers in and around Oslo had 10,000 Kr. higher for the similar car. Down sides (1) the office is very busy, even on a Saturday. They may deal with multiple customers at the same time. (2) they have limited experience dealing with English speaking customers but that didn't hinder them from doing their job. Buying a car is pretty much the buyers job.
