Passed by when it burned down. Been here before & always poorly treated & rude owners and the bad reputation is true. The owner's response shows that they can't take criticism and that the reputation is true.

Warning, do not order from here if you live up north. I have ordered twice, the first time everything was thawed and I had to eat it all as quickly as possible. When I wrote and pointed this out, the response was very poor. I tried again to give them another chance. This time they had sent everything on Tuesday but it was not delivered until Friday. Everything was thawed, 3 packages were broken, blood had leaked into the bag. I had to throw these away. Ate the other one the same weekend. When I contacted them, I only got short answers. In the end, they paid back what I had to throw away. Very sad because I still experience the meat as good quality. But the treatment and shipping are terrible. (Apart from the fact that they paid back) I am so disappointed because this could work so much better. A course in treatment and service as well as a course in how to ship refrigerated goods correctly would have given them a much better rating!

I have ordered several times from Mossebo and have been very satisfied with their products and despite transport up to Lapland the products were still frozen. Will continue to order from them.
