The lower grill was completely wrongly mounted (they hadn't made holes for the bolts that are intended for the extra lights, old ones). They had pressed the diesel heater exhaust between the bumper and the inner fender instead of making a hole like they should (they got a smaller piece where the exhaust was so they could grind it down, they had neglected to remove it). A screw was also missing right next to the diesel heater. They had done a four-wheel alignment that resulted in the car pulling to the left as soon as you let go of the steering wheel. They had changed the fog light covers but they looked like they came from a completely junked car. The owner promises to fix the car after New Year's and to get back to us. Then we decide that we can put the old grill in the car so it will be easier for them when they bring it in later. Weeks go by without them hearing from us. Have to chase after them, finally have to leave the car. On this occasion the old lower grill was in the car so they could search for it. Get it out after two days, they stressed through the car when I got a loaner car from them. That car also leaked glycol and was completely dry on gasoline. Gullible as you are, you buy glycol and fill it up. You also get evidence that the front axle was wrong after the first adjustment. Talk to the customer service representative who is nice and points out that not all points have been resolved. The inner fender is cracked and has melted after their mistake, the right front wheel was worn out after they parked the front car the wrong way on the first turn, there is still a screw missing for the inner fender, the bolts for the auxiliary lights have been cut so they can no longer be used and they have also drilled the holes further down so if they were to drill again almost all the material would disappear, the hole for the diesel heater has been drilled next to the edge of the bumper and also too small a hole so that the plastic bulges outwards and has a crack as a result of the incorrect assembly. The customer service representative promises that the manager will return and in the worst case they will come and collect the car. Weeks go by and you wait for feedback but it does not come. Call and look for the owner but he is always busy. Finally emailed the points I think they should fix. Get a response that they have done their best and can do nothing more! They are Mrf connected and an Autoexperten workshop. Really unscrupulous and incompetent. Do not bring your car in here. Because here you can't screw a car together properly and also don't take responsibility for your mistakes.
