I want to start by making it clear that this entire order was a birthday present. Everything was far from what I expected from a service that markets itself as super-fresh produce straight from the farm. My delivery was supposed to arrive on November 13th, but was cancelled by Gordon 19 minutes before the delivery time without a single call from the driver, even though they are supposed to call if there is an address problem. I contacted Mylla immediately, but didn’t get a response until three days later. The response I received was that “the address was incorrect.” My screenshots clearly show that I entered the address correctly; the error occurred when Mylla imported the address incorrectly into their system. Despite this, I was told that I was still obligated to accept the delivery, even though it was already late and my birthday present was thus ruined. Jenny from Mylla explicitly assured that they would replace the goods that had gone bad after delivery, so I agreed to receive the boxes when they finally arrived on November 17, four days late. When I opened the box, all the meat smelled strongly of rot. I was forced to throw away all the meat products immediately (several hundred kronor in goods), as I cannot risk serving bad meat to myself or my children. A package of crème fraîche had also broken and leaked over other products. When I complained about the products again, I suddenly received a message that Mylla does not intend to replace the meat at all, since it has not passed the “best before date” (there were 2 days left☝️), but only the shipping and the leaked packaging. This despite their previous promise to help me after receipt. To “prove” that everything was handled correctly, I received temperature data, but these only covered November 13th and 17th, i.e. only the days when the box was in the car. Temperatures for November 14th–16th, when my order was actually somewhere in an unknown warehouse, are completely missing. It is therefore not possible to confirm how the goods were actually stored during the three days when the meat clearly deteriorated. Being left as a customer with damaged goods, excuses and a compensation that in practice only covers shipping and a broken packaging feels very far from the level of service and transparency one should be able to expect. After the dialogue, Jenny from mylla also tried to place the blame on me by claiming that I had written the wrong address – even though I can prove that the address was given correctly in the order. And at the end, they suddenly claimed that the driver had called, which is pure fabrication. There are no calls in my call history. Such treatment is unacceptable and downright unprofessional. The matter has now been reported to ARN.
