Sorgligt dålig vårdcentral! Gå inte hit!

If you are not interested in listening to and helping patients with their problems, then maybe you should not work as a doctor. I switched from Ängabo VC to Sörhaga several years ago because of the terrible treatment at the former and during the first few years it was good at Sörhaga and in my 8 year old previous review I gave the business 4/5. But not anymore! I have become damn tired of what is happening there now and I will go through why below. Recently, doctor visits have deteriorated significantly and it is only getting worse, among other things due to language barriers among the staff, one that I experience is the growing unwillingness to actually listen to patients, a general bad attitude and I have even had appointments booked only to be told once I got there that "we don't even know why you are here, we can't do anything more than what we went through in the previous phone meeting and we don't know why you booked a doctor's appointment ourselves" (meetings that I have of course demanded my money back for). This has happened three times in two years! It is already starting to become unacceptable because it has led to lost income for the times I have to leave my work completely unnecessarily. In July I contacted the health center due to ACUTE allergic symptoms due to pollen allergy. I was first booked into an appointment 3(!) weeks later when the symptoms are of course no longer acute. The meeting took place with a nurse who said "I'm just a nurse and I can't do anything and don't know why you've got this appointment booked, but I'll book an appointment with a doctor for you". She was very nice though! Due to illness, I had to postpone the doctor's appointment a little further, and when it finally happened, I was only told that since I don't have any rashes or other symptoms "right now" (which I of course don't have 2 months after the acute symptoms) she can't do anything, which means that there was no reason for me to be there, the appointment for the offered blood test could have been made anyway without my presence and without me having to pay for a doctor's appointment or lose income. At the same time, the treatment is downright unpleasant when I try to point out that I want help with a referral to an anahistologist and try to explain to him that the health center and the anahistologist have already bounced me back and forth because the health center has demanded that I make a OWN REFERRAL, where one party says that they "have a lot" and do not accept more without proper referrals, while the other party insists that I should continue sending OWN REFERRALS, something that went on for a couple of years until I got sad and gave up, and that I now want the health center to do the RIGHT thing, but he refused to let me finish a single sentence and repeated like a mantra that he personally had nothing to do with it, something I did not claim either, but I was consistent in pointing out that it was on the part of the VC. But if you WORK FOR the health center, you also REPRESENT the health center and for its cause and get to listen when the business has done worse, just like you get in all other workplaces? The whole thing ended with me canceling the meeting after 5 minutes and just leaving, because the disrespect I was treated with is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I understand very well that a new language can be problematic because 3/4 of my family on the one hand are of other nationalities than Swedes, slurred Swedish has been around me since I was born and nothing I normally experience as a problem, and I fully understand that healthcare can have a tough time in terms of time, but none of this is an excuse for a pissy treatment. I also realize that a doctor's strength does not lie in so-called "bed time manners", but listening clearly to the patient when they provide relevant information for the case is damn fundamental for healthcare itself to be able to provide RIGHT care. I want to be careful to point out that a large part of the staff at the facility are real superstars and absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, that doesn't help when some others clearly should hardly be among people.
