I recently bought my second laptop from Nexco/IVY in 12 years. First one I configured myself with a wide range of high quality IT-components. Unmatched performance at a price far below equivalent products on the market. That one was delivered to me by PostNord, professionally packaged. It combined utility with pleasure for just over 10 years but unfortunately it fell overboard during a fishing trip so I, without hesitation, ordered computer number two. I also configured this one myself but when I placed the order, manager Ton Thörn, offered me a proposal I couldn't refuse. A pre-configured laptop, which had been ordered by a customer who never picked it up. Slightly different but similar to what i wanted, except SEK 3000:- cheaper. That one I picked up personally at the service facility at Stubbsundsvägen 17. Then I also met the manager Ton Törn and it was a pleasant experience. He has also been incredibly communicative and helpful in subsequent support matters, both on the phone and via email. Great company excellent products.

Here is my unfortunate experience with these pranksters. I warn against their configured laptops, as they are of substandard quality. I have had critical problems with the graphics card and flickering screen (G-sync) which have even been too difficult for their service department, which they outsourced to England (Long repair times). The serious thing is that it started to malfunction after about 5 months after the laptop was purchased. Regardless of whether you have a warranty or not, it is not fun to not be able to use your computer, neither during the repair time nor after for that matter, when they have sent the laptop back incompletely restored. To keep this short, you can take my word for it that this company is not something you want to deal with with pliers. It may end up the same for you as it did for me, you end up with a letterpress worth 30.00 kr. I am a former customer who still gave this company two chances, but they don't get a third, they get a review on google instead which I hope saves another financially conscious gamer. Buying from Nexco/PC-konsulten/IVY will only give you a headache and an empty wallet. (This is just an excerpt of what I have to say about Nexco)
