My wife went here for permanent eyebrow tattoos, she was extremely unsatisfied with the result and tried to contact Nina for a refund as this was no small mistake. It looked like a child had been playing and scribbled on her eyebrows. The lines were thick, uneven and blown out, she went too far over the line of the brow and caused both eyebrows to be off centre. She then basically cut my wife trying to remove the mistake she had made . In my opinion as a tattoo artist, her work was below par especially for what she charged my wife. She didn't bother to offer any further solutions then she blocked her on all social media which meant we could no longer communicate with her, she claims my wife became hostile but what would you expect when someone claims they did nothing wrong but clearly the whole tattoo is a mistake. I wouldn't recommend this place. We have had to spend a lot of money to have her brows removed and she is now extremely self conscious about it , which is totally not fair. To sum up: - unprofessional. - lack of knowledge. - lack of communication. - no solutions.
