The cold plunge was a half filled tub filled with dirty water and was not maintained at all. Sauna was nice, pickleball courts were cool, and outdoor gym was sufficient. Could have used some better upkeep.

Good environment being top floor but it was difficult to play due to wind and impossible to make any lobs due to closed court’s roof. Court were also very sandy hence slippery. Rest room were good.
