Bra kundupplevelse från början till slut, vänlig mot utlänningar :) Snabb responstid och arrangemang, mycket professionell hantering.

Hired Norlin Olsson to replace about 10 square meters of flooring and sand the floor in the rest of the room so that the color would match and some small fixes in the kitchen. Insurance case after water damage. Was a little worried at first because they couldn't give a fixed price for the repair which the insurance company wanted. But Andreas was incredibly good and nice to have and work with and easy to discuss and make changes with which made the whole thing feel safer. Their carpenter who changed some things in the kitchen and fixed other things was incredibly skilled and did a really great job. The plumber they work with was also nice and serious. The flooring was good. The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the sanding itself but it may also have been because the floor is 10 years old and a couple of wardrobes were still standing that he had to work around. Never seen a sanded floor before. I probably had different expectations. Small things. The manager I happened to call a few times when I was looking for a number in the wrong place was also nice and helpful 🙃 Overall, I am very satisfied with Norlin Olsson and would definitely recommend the company and will use them again for future jobs :)
