Unfortunately, we have experienced a more serious construction defect (found by an external company) together with this rogue construction company. Instead of fixing the problems, they choose to pretend that we do not exist. We have tried to call and email those responsible countless times since the beginning of December 2025. Now a lengthy process/dispute awaits where they put everything on us as private individuals to fix this. Several who witness that they have also been "ghosted" by these people, e.g. subcontractors who they themselves hired. The house was completed in June 2025 but they still have, more than 9 months later, inspection remarks left in addition to this serious construction defect described above. Now we are really tired of these pranksters and have decided to open up and tell you how they seem to "work". An honest and fair review of your work. Tips for those of you who are thinking about hiring this "construction company", don't do it if you don't want problems.
