O'Learys Järntorget

I was in a happy mood when i got there, but things went down the hill pretty quickly. We had pre-resevation. First we waited 30min for a waiter to take our orders. Waiter didn't speak Swedish, only English. We asked if the dish contained glutein and the waiter said they can make it glutein-free. We ordered also starters but we got the main dish before them, after waiting for 2hours :/ Nobody, not even once, apologised or said anything about the situation. We asked when will we get our food, the waiter said he will find out what's the situation in the kitchen. He never came back to tell us about the situation. Others got the starters about 1,5h after ordering. The starters were more like a joke, two mozzarella sticks in a cup. Or one piece of garlic bread. Once we got our glutein-free dishes, they turned out to be vegan. We asked if it is still glutein-free and what does the vegan version contain. They couldn't tell and didn't find out. The whole situation was quite chaotic. The food was okay, but the portions were VERY small. One final thing that sealed the deal. We ordered cheesecake and got them, but without any spoon or anything. We had to ask for waiter to give us spoons so we could eat the cake. Overall: I have NEVER had worse experiense in a restaurant/bar. This was fully waste of time and money. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE. Especially not for bigger groups that 5 people. Everybody else got their food before us.
