The visit started well and I informed the reception immediately that I had a slight cold. I was told that there was no problem, so the examination began and several steps were carried out without objection. When I was then supposed to meet the optician guy, he suddenly interrupted the visit because he did not want to risk getting infected. He said "don't take it personally", which was strange because it was clearly not about anything personal, but rather about the fact that it was not clear early on or clear that you have a policy not to examine patients with slight colds. As a result, I had taken time off and went there unnecessarily. The information should have been made clear already when booking or when first meeting at reception. If the optician does not want to risk meeting customers with slight colds, it may be worth reflecting on the fact that patient contact is a central part of the profession. Overall, the situation was experienced as unprofessionally handled and unnecessarily disrespectful of my time.

One does not know what the other has said. Often confused. The staff has a superior arrogant attitude with a smile of course. Will not go there again after ending the subscription. What you can do is change the nose pads for glasses. (Haninge port 73)
