The move was simple and straight forward the guys where super helpfull even though they accidently broke my marble table they were very helpfull with helping me fill in the insurance pappers and organising everything. The problem i had was with there accounting, Edel she made me constantly chace her for information on insurance never replied to emails or msgs, i had to chase her to get an invoice so i could pay for the move. Then when i finnaly got the innvoice and payed it, i sent an email regarding my innsurance for the broken furniture and no response just ignored my emails and calls. I dont normally go out of my way to write reviews but this was so frustrating i couldnt help my self .its going on to almost 6 weeks after the move and i have not recieved an update on my innsurance claim, still waiting. The movers were great proffesional fast and worth the cost. But i cant recomend them just because of how this whole inssurance claim has been delt with.
