Of the four items I was interested in and that were in the webshop, they only found two. The delivery of these two gold chains was very fast and that's where the positives end. One chain was a Singapore chain instead of Cordell, which according to the pawnshop is the same thing. They must be alone in the world to think that. But that was the only problem. Several links on the chain were broken. The other chain was too short compared to the description. When I emailed about the problem and attached pictures, I got no response. When I called and asked if I could get a return label from them because one chain was defective and the other was too short, the female employee thought that all I had to do was twist the links. As if I hadn't done it first! But they apparently think it's OK to sell broken and misdescribed items to customers! I really don't recommend shopping with them via the webshop! In that case, come to the store and inspect the item carefully with a ruler and scales.
