I våras vid bytet till sommardäck, så fick jag ett trasigt däck påmonterat med informationen om att det måste bytas snarast. De hade alltså inte kollat däcken. Väl hemma insåg även jag att däcket var så skadat att det inte var trafiksäkert …

This spring, when changing to summer tires, I received a flat tire with the information that it had to be replaced as soon as possible. They had not checked the tires. Once home, I also realized that the tire was so damaged that it was not safe to drive with. New tires were ordered and they would contact me as soon as they arrived. No one called and when I called myself, I was informed that the tires were in place, but that they did not have time to change them until three days later. Surprised by this lack of service after many years as a loyal customer, I contacted the owners directly to find out what was happening with the business. They replied, "When several of the staff are sick at the same time, it naturally means that there is more pressure on the staff who are on site, which means that the time is not always enough as we would like. However, I want to give our staff a lot of praise because despite this, they do more than is reasonable and always have the customer's best interests in focus." Their focus on me as a customer was not the best. I couldn't drive my car for a week, which was both inconvenient and expensive. Now I've picked up my dirty and mislabeled tires and checked them in at another tire hotel.

Efter en punktering dök vi upp på verkstaden på måndagsmorgonen utan tidsbokning. Vi fick omedelbar hjälp och en perfekt däckreparation! Vår semester är räddad, och vi kommer hem säkert! Tack så mycket; vi har sällan upplevt så utmärkt service! Rekommenderas varmt!!!
