Persona är bäst i Sverige! Fantastisk mat och otrolig service. Bättre än de 1- och 2-stjärniga Michelinrestauranger jag ätit på. Jag tycker att dom är bättre än Aira, Mattias Dahlgren matsalen och Aloë, alla 2-stjärniga. Det är en skandal att Persona inte fått en eller två stjärnor än. Rekommenderas varmt till alla som uppskattar fine dining. 14 små rätter med många ovanliga smakombinationer som macaron med gåslever och blåhallon samt crème caramel med störrom och tonka. Genialiskt och fantastiskt gott! Dom använder verkligen de bästa ingredienserna: Wagyu A5, hummer, havskräfta, gåslever, störrom, ibercofläsk, krabba och komponerar ihop rätter som är sensationella.

This was our second time at Persona, and it confirmed why we love this place so much. We came with our two children, and once again it felt like the perfect mix of chic Stockholm energy and genuine warmth. The highlight of the evening was when the chef made homemade pasta with meatballs and invited our daughter into the kitchen to help. She felt so proud and included — it turned dinner into a memory we’ll keep for a long time. Not many restaurants manage to combine great food with that kind of heart. Persona somehow feels stylish and intimate, yet relaxed and welcoming — like being in someone’s beautiful home. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is special, and the team clearly cares. We’ll definitely be back again.

We visited Persona as a group for their special Valentine’s Day menu, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, the service remained warm, personal, and incredibly attentive, we never felt rushed, and there was always time for us. ​The menu was beautifully structured in three chapters; creative snacks and bites, followed by sophisticated mid-courses, and concluding with refined desserts. Every dish showed a sense of balance, though the chefs aren't afraid to be bold. Some flavor combinations were so daring they sparked a conversation at the table; was it a savory dish or a dessert? This kind of boundary-pushing is exactly what makes dining here so exciting. ​It is evident that Louis Cespedes and Jonatan Nyström bring their background from Frantzén into the kitchen. The plating is elegant and the flavor profiles are world-class. Our entire group gives Persona a perfect score and recommends it most warmly!
