Fixed our house in the bay! Can't get better service than from placton
The price is just above other companies but I think they justify that in the material and workmanship. But! The contract that is sent by post instead of email caused a delay, then the partial invoice was dated so that the new root did not go through. It even arrived in the mailbox after the deadline and it was printed only a few days earlier. Logistics. We are now in the 4th week of a regular 70s house (8x11m) with a sill that is replaced from the outside. There have been no problems or strange things with the sill but still we are in the 4th week without everything being replaced yet. The wife is heavily pregnant and is giving birth this week and was promised that everything would be ready now. But not even everything has been taken out of the sill yet. Some days no one comes, other days only one person comes and some days they are only on site for 3-4 hours. I have had other craftsmen on site to replace doors and windows who have wondered why Platcon doesn't finish the job. Even if the end result is good, we can NOT recommend Platcon as the logistics are incredibly poorly organized.
After a bunch of quotes, I finally hired Platcon to fix some issues on the house. I couldn't be more satisfied! Quick response, professional work, and a solution-oriented approach. Highly recommended, thanks again for a great job!
