I am grateful that Robert, who works there, became a participant in the course, which was good for me. That he also asked questions to the basic gelato teaching (teacher) What I was dissatisfied with is that the gelato we made was hard. I raised it with the people who work there, they said that the refrigerator temperature is -18. I think the basic gelato teaching is good. But it would be more realistic to prepare our own refrigerator for the teaching and the right temperature, after we had prepared the gelato base with the right amount of goods, so that we have done with the gelato masters. I am also grateful that the teacher puts in his time and was there for a student. I went home with thoughts, but I am dissatisfied. The other thing I also missed was the price, I checked the price was about 5500 but got the invoice about 6800 with VAT, I missed asking carefully about the price. Pest is too expensive I think.
