I had been to three visits and was completely satisfied with the help, however it was perhaps the most expensive. The cancellation policy is 24 hours before the booked appointment and I had an important meeting at work that would clash with my psychologist's appointment exactly 24 hours before my appointment. So 23 hours and 54 minutes before my booked appointment I heard from them and said that I couldn't come. They answered three hours later and said that they needed to charge me the full 1200 kronor because I missed their deadline by 6 minutes. I said that I would like to reschedule, they didn't answer the rest of the day. In the morning an hour before the scheduled appointment time I asked if we could reschedule and resolve the situation. They then replied that they were strict with their cancellation policy and needed to charge me 1200 kronor but that they could book a new appointment. Of course I understand that they have a cancellation policy but to be so square that you can't understand a six-minute late cancellation is completely crazy in my opinion. Especially when time is already so expensive. So to me, the psychologist pool seems to care more about their clients' money than building a long-term relationship that I value in a psychologist. I therefore do not recommend them and they lost a client. (Probably cost them more than 1200 in the long run, so sad for all parties).
