I have visited this agent on several occasions and been met by the same person behind the cash register. He is certainly nice in private, but the treatment in the store has unfortunately not been particularly welcoming. Every time I have entered I have been met with a sigh, an embarrassed look or body language that signals that I am disturbing. After my second visit I thought that maybe I should buy something in the store when I was supposed to pick up a package anyway – maybe it would contribute to a better atmosphere. But even then I felt that it was mostly seen as extra work, and no positive reaction came. I deleted that idea quite quickly. The last time I was supposed to return a package via DHL, to this very agent that DHL themselves referred to. Then I received the comment: “How do you think I will fit your package here?” which made me both surprised and unsure. I had followed DHL's instructions and chosen them as my return agent, so the reaction felt strange. If the store does not have the ability or space to accept packages, I think you should contact DHL and deregister as an agent – ​​or make sure that the staff has the conditions to handle the task in a more service-oriented way. In the end, I had to take a taxi 15 minutes away to drop off my package at another agent, and after that experience, I will unfortunately not be returning. I really hope you look into the situation, because it could work so much better than it does today.
