Hard to rate. If you get a new refurbished room: 5 stars, but if you get a old room: 2 stars. Friendly staff

Used for running a conference only. Very nice facilities, fresh, good fika and lunch. Helpful staff.

My goodness this hotel is so cheap. For a 10 minute late check out I had to pay 125 sek. For Toothpaste, I had to pay extra. There is no toiletries in the bathroom. No face towels either which is unsanitary to shower without. If you need lotion, forget it, there isnt any or you need to pay. If you had a headache and asked for Ipren, again they would tell you to wait until Apoteket opens to buy some tablets. I ordered dinner too, $25 for a small bowl of cesar salad that they didnt even deliver to the room. The food was super salty and the need for a water bottle, I had to go down and ask for one. You couldn't watch the tv programs either because they were unavailable.They had a remote with Netflix on it but that button too was unavailable. In the room, there was no laundry bag or laundry service options. During breakfast, they had no decaffeinated tea and it seems this place concentrates more on appearance instead of amenities. The hotel is pretty but completely useless in functionality. A waste of money and just ineffective at being a comfortable hotel stay. Pick somewhere else for a convenient stay.
