⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredibly good service – highly recommended! We had an unexpected breakdown with our Ford Ranger Raptor in the middle of Sweden and were completely helpless. After countless phone calls and fruitless attempts to find help anywhere, we thankfully came across this Ford dealership, and it truly saved our day. From the very first contact, their helpfulness was exceptional. The service manager responded immediately, was flexible and friendly, and said without hesitation: "Come by tomorrow, I'll get right on it and take care of everything." He more than kept his promise. Everything went absolutely smoothly on site: • Spare parts were ordered immediately, • The team worked quickly, professionally, and with a focus on finding solutions, • We even received a free loaner car, • And the price-performance ratio was more than fair. We were on our way back to Germany and were literally stuck, but thanks to this amazing team, we were able to continue our journey incredibly quickly. The friendliness, competence, and humanity shown to us here are truly exceptional. A huge thank you to the entire team! We certainly hope we won't have to come back with a breakdown again, but if we do, we'll definitely be back. Thumbs up for this incredible, excellent service!
