It’s a pace that they cannot record the right information in their system to remove any of their responsibility. It’s like writing the patient refused to come or for an assessment when the doctor clearly said she just didn’t have time or said no such specific assessment exist. They blamed on me like gaslighting (ie that’s bec you are sick so we misunderstood) without listening instead if I questioned them for exactly what i remember. I don’t like to speak to them, they sounds very mean sometimes.
