My daughter has now been to you 5-6 times to pick up a letter that was sent by express from Austria on 21/7. It was supposed to be here AT LEAST Thursday. We received a notice that she had a package to pick up. When she got there, they said the notice was an old package. We called Postnord who said she had received the wrong notice but that the package had arrived. "Bug in the system" We check via the package app which shows that the letter is at Coop. But we have not received any notice. She is going back to Greece where she lives in a few days and doesn't seem to be getting her letter out. Terribly lousy handling of the whole matter! 👎🏻
