Very bad company, do not book anything with them. We booked service for our heat pump after the company confirmed that they could do the work. When the booked time came, they called at the same time as the visit was planned and announced that they could not do the service because it was below zero outside. They said that you have to wait until it is at least +7 degrees, which according to the weather forecast will not happen for about a month. They should have informed us about this already when booking. Very poor planning and a waste of our time. We were freezing cold in the house and were really waiting for them to come and fix it.
