Unfortunately, I still haven't received the quality documents for my bathroom and toilet, even though it's been four months since the work was completed and the invoice was paid in full. First, I was told that the documents would be sent immediately after payment was received. Then, they were said to be ready on the desk and would be handed over within two weeks without anything happening. Then, I was promised a clear date when I would definitely have them, but that too was broken. And so it has continued, with apology after apology. After four months of reminders about something that should have been easy to arrange from the start, I hardly know what to say anymore. This is a process that should have been smooth, but instead has become unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating.
