24/8-2025 I was very disappointed. There was an advertisement that you get two pairs of glasses for the price of one. But when I did the survey in the store, I was told that I had to take out insurance to get the offer. I did the survey specifically to take advantage of this offer. Misleading information. Not nice! Update 26/8-2025 I am updating my review because it is not possible to respond directly to the store's response. I am actually even more disappointed after your response. You refer to a customer service email and say that it is a misunderstanding, but that is not true. I specifically asked the optician Richard about the insurance requirement, and he also double-checked with his colleagues in the store. They clearly confirmed that you have to pay 500 SEK in insurance to take advantage of the offer. So it is not a misunderstanding on my part, but information I received directly from your staff in the store.
