On Tuesday I was very dissatisfied with my visit to Folktandvården. The dentist who started my root canal did not inform me of the costs and did not explain what the treatment would entail before she started it. The medical record contains information that I should have approved the costs, which is not true. I want the clinic to correct the medical record and that the information to patients is improved before treatment begins. I felt poorly informed and unsafe during the entire visit. I hope that the clinic improves the information to patients before treatments begin, so that everyone knows what is happening and what it costs.
