Very disappointing experience with Power (not Uppsala but in general) I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive within a few days, but the shipment was lost by the carrier. Instead of offering a proper solution, I was told that the replacement product will not even be available for almost a month. The only alternative offered was a refund, which would force me to buy the same product again without the original discount. In other words, after waiting and dealing with the issue, the customer is left either waiting weeks more or losing the deal entirely. This is extremely frustrating and not a fair way to handle a situation that was clearly not the customer’s fault. Very disappointing service.
