The standout for us was the reindeer heart, easily one of the most memorable bites of the trip. What really elevated the experience was the warmth of the owners. They were incredibly friendly and took the time to walk us through each cut, explaining the traditions behind the food and how it’s prepared. That personal touch made it feel much more than just a meal. Although we didn’t try it, they also offer a soup that looked and smelled fantastic.
