Avoid this company at all costs. I contacted Zinzino on October 2nd to cancel my ZinoBiotic subscription because the product made me unwell. They acknowledged the message, yet still took money from my account on November 5th and shipped the exact product I told them not to send instead of swapping the product like we had discussed. Their customer service is some of the worst I’ve encountered, dismissive, contradictory and more interested in repeating scripted lines than actually resolving an issue. They insisted they were “obliged” to send the product, even though it was packed and shipped after I had clearly opted out. It’s a convenient excuse for ignoring customers. This practice creates unnecessary waste, misuses valuable resources and is completely at odds with any claim of sustainability. It’s irresponsible and disrespectful. Trying to cancel a subscription with this company feels intentionally difficult. Everything requires multiple emails and they hide behind policies instead of providing real support. I regret ever signing up and will not be giving them another cent. Terrible experience from start to finish.
