Coming from an experienced chef. Very good food for the price. The dinning room and salad buffé and the bread was very fresh. At least at the time I was there which was little after opening. I was a little disappointed by the fact that my 3 year old son didn’t get any veggies just plain potatoes and fish. I could understand that, staff probably tough ( children do not like veggies), no but they should like it that’s why you give them veggies. But still it was a really - and plus situation because he got his food for free bc he’s a child and also adult like amount of potatoes (a lot of food) but bearly touched it. And the fish had a very strong smell like it wasn’t fresh or been sitting on the heat little to long. It was a bit dry. and a little bout to salty. Wallenbergare wasn't the most moist I ever eaten but for that price it was the best. Everything on that plate was very good seasoned. Also free coffe was available inte back of dining room ( quite hidden)
