Being on our first trip to Sweden we are eager to try the local kitchen as much as possible. We chose the steak and red fish - both dishes were delicious. As a dessert we took crème brulé with rhubarb compote. Again, top dish. The waiters were very friendly and chatty although sometimes you had to be a bit patient - but I suppose Swedish people are just chill. In general they are very practical - the table next to us, occupied by a family of 4 (parents with teenage daughter and ca 6years old Boy) got a very good treatment, the boy swiftly got served his chicken nuggets and french fries so the family could enjoy their food later on - everyone happy.
