Camping is nice, no doubt. Especially outside the season. BUT! How one can decide to install a trainee to reception without being backed up by an competent employee?! Especially in case, when camping is aspiring to be a high class one? Missing knowledge and overview thus the check-in process took ages and has been very frustrating. In times when camping was rather empty! Dear management, even outside of the season you shall not compromise on employee's quality.
