Small tractor booked 2 weeks in advance for today (Friday), yesterday they call me because they booked in their system for yesterday wrongly. Today I go to pick it up and they first find excuses that the computer doesnt have power, then they refuse to give me the tractor because is already booked to another company due to their mistake. They refuse to cancel to other company booking even if I booked first.... then I see the tractor parked there all day !! Never anymore with RENTA.. there are more serious company doing the same job.
