Unprofessional basement company We live in a newly built townhouse in the Lomma beach housing estate and decided to buy and install a total solution of a Pergola package with side screen, LED lights and heating on our roof terrace. After Marcus from Poolharmoni had been with us at the end of March, he sent us a quote written only in email where he promised a favorable delivery time of 6 weeks compared to 12 weeks from competitors. He promised that everything is ordered from the same factory in Belgium as competitors and that they are faster because. they carry out the installation themselves, etc. We paid the advance invoice the same day he issued it, just before Easter, because he chased us that if we wanted the Pergola package in 6 weeks he had to place the order before Easter! After trying to reach him by phone for 7-8 weeks, we learned that he had not placed an order for 18 days after receiving the advance payment and that the factory was suddenly in Poland and that he did not know when he could deliver! He blamed everything on his subcontractors and was irritated why we tried to reach him. He would come back when he knew more!!! After 11 weeks, without warning, they called to say that they would show up the next day with a crane truck and load up the products and that the assembly would be bent. On day 2 of the assembly, they realized that the wrong products had been delivered, where he again blamed the factory in Poland while he himself had not even opened the boxes to see if they were the right products before lifting everything up onto our roof terrace!!! Now he starts talking about installment payments for products that have been installed and at the same time he did not know when he would be able to complete the construction. Again he blamed the factory and that they did not even answer his calls anymore. BUT he wanted installment payments!!! We decided that he would show up the following Tuesday to try to come up with a solution (he was supposed to deliver the LED lights that were missing) but he didn't show up, didn't answer our phone call, and instead we received a long email with demands and threats that we MUST pay in installments or he won't complete the work!!! When we asked why he hadn't mentioned installments in his quote and order confirmation, he wrote that it is their company policy not to complete the construction before they receive installments! Now it has been almost 16 weeks since we paid the advance and every other week we get a long email from him with threats and scare tactics where he tries to get us to pay but avoids our question about when he intends to complete the job. AVOID these scammers and their scam companies where they lure customers in with misleading quotes and trick you into a deal that you would otherwise have declined.
