Bought a car from AutoMix and unfortunately discovered when I got home with the car that it was leaking oil. Contacted them and they said I could hand in the car for troubleshooting at their expense and that we would be contacted after that. All said and done, the car was handed in and the fault was found, contacted me with the quote for the work and got it approved and that AutoMix would be responsible for the repair. So I told the workshop to drive on. Fick tells me that the money for the repair would be transferred to me next week because he was away for the rest of the week. So I paid the workshop and put the money out for the repair for so long. It has now been over a month when I write this and I still have not received the money, despite being promised time and time again that it would come. I have even received a message that the transfer has now been made so the money should be with you in 1-3 banking days but 4 days after that message no money. There are new excuses every day as to why the money has not arrived. Has now also stopped responding. Then the brakes on the car broke down, which ruined the family's Christmas vacation and the car had to be taken to a repair shop instead at a cost of 13,000. Unfortunately, I can't recommend AutoMix.
