We hired Ocab for a mechanically ventilated floor in the middle of the 2025 holiday season, which in combination with unexpected problems (as always in old houses) inevitably resulted in delays. The communication from Lars was both good and bad. Additional work with renovation where the extra cost was not communicated, which corresponded to almost a third of the total cost in the fixed quote. Unfortunately, my wife and I demolished walls when the work was finished, which of course negatively affected the floor with large gaps against existing walls. I chased Lars to adjust the system, but this was never done. When we appealed the price on the invoice, we received no feedback in the end. We have neither the desire nor the time to drag this out any further, so we have to swallow it all, unfortunately. In summary, a good end result considering the circumstances. Would have liked a few more options and clearer messages during the work.
