This is a great nature reserve with a high diversity of birds. They have multiple hides with great views over the wetland and a main building where you can warm up and watch the birds from inside. I mainly wanted to see the white tailed eagles. I visited first in May 2025 and saw one eagle soaring quite high up, I also saw various geese, ducks, cranes and a marsh harrier. I then visited again in February 2026 and saw at least 10 eagles (maybe more) flying and feeding. It was a great experience to see so many eagles at once and to see their interactions with each other. If you want to see/photograph eagles, this is a great place.
