Didn't listen to what I said about the eyebrows at all, that I didn't want them thin. That's exactly what she did, way too thin ffa eyebrow "body" in relation to eyebrow "tail", then blamed me for not doing it at all, that I just think so but that she didn't touch the shape. So I see badly then. Not to mention that she made one eyebrow thinner than the other and there was a visible difference in thickness, she said that "I had uneven eyebrows before". Shouldn't you try to even them out if you go to a salon to pluck your eyebrows? Plus the color is black (I don't have black hair). She didn't ask what shape or color I wanted or anything. Didn't remove the makeup but started plucking straight away. Horrible experience plus not at all pleasant to listen to the other colleague who was talking on the phone with the phone provider about the subscription etc. But above all, it is annoying that the customer is not listened to and then when I say that it did not turn out as I expected she admits nothing and blames me for being sensitive or that I think I see something but it is not. Never again. Not to mention what happened before with my hair when I was going to "lighten" strands and the color would "completely disappear" after a few washes which was not the case at all but she put brown dye on my blonde strands and I had to bleach the strands again which of course ruined the hair. I really wonder what they are doing at the salon. They do exactly what they want without listening to what the customer wants. Worst experiences.
