I am very disappointed with the treatment I received during my visit today. The employee chose to comment loudly and in front of other customers about the situation in a way that was both condescending and disrespectful. It is unacceptable that staff lack the judgment to handle customers with discretion and professionalism. No customer should have to feel humiliated in a store. I expect much better service and respect than this. This is not the kind of treatment that belongs in a serious business.
