Please listen to the phone call between me and Marlene from Capio! She is not customer service-minded and should not be working with people at all. I want you to listen to *all* the phone calls between me and her so that you understand why I'm so unsatisfied with the support. This is a disgrace to Vårdcentralen i Broby. I believe she has no actual involvement with them other than booking appointments!
