I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the Thai massage service I purchased from Thaimassage & Aromaterapi i Uppsala AB. I discovered that they engaged in misleading marketing by marketing themselves as offering Thai Massage, but in fact they offered oil massage instead. This misleading marketing is in violation of laws and regulations in Sweden and is not acceptable. As a customer, I expected to receive the service I paid for, according to the information you provided on your sign, your website and other marketing channels. Even on my receipt it is clearly stated that I purchased Thai massage, not Oil massage. During my visit, I observed several shortcomings. Firstly, the masseuse was inadequately competent and admitted that she was new and could not perform the techniques correctly. This resulted in a significant lack of quality and efficiency in the massage. This means that they have not fulfilled their obligations to the customer. Secondly, I felt that the masseuse lacked focus and time management, which resulted in me not getting the full hour I had paid for. During the session, the masseuse spent a significant amount of time talking and pacing back and forth instead of engaging in the massage. Furthermore, the service was poor and the hygiene of the premises did not meet the regulations and standards expected. I expected a high quality Thai massage according to their marketing and the agreed booking. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations and was deficient according to the Consumer Services Act. I have experienced inconvenience due to their misleading marketing, lack of competence, deficient quality, waste of time and poor service. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this place due to my negative experience.
