My train was delayed from Sundsvall to Arlanda airport, I was loosing my flight so they called a cab from your company. It was a Tesla car. It was good from Sundsvall to Gävle. After that the driver had to recharge the car and it wasn’t possible because of some issue and we lost time there. After that he fixed it and were waiting 30 minutes of charging that wasn’t enough for my trip. In the end the car stoped in an open road near Uppsala. The driver was e very good guy, he tried everything to help us and I want to thank him. After that, they send another taxi and we get to the airport 5 minutes before boarding. It was very stressful and I was sure that I lost my flight but with the help of the sundsvall driver and staff everything went well.
