De stänger omklädningsrummet 20 minuter innan butiken stänger och ingen informerar kunderna som slänger omkring med kläder. Slöseri med tid och kunder.

Extremely disappointing experience. We came in 5 minutes before store was closing. A pleasant girl let us in (i was alone with two small kids in my arms) I picked 4 towels and went directly to the cashier. Girl followed us and was very pleasant. There was only us and one more customer that was in the store before us. On the way to the cashier the light was suddenly off. We were at the cashier 18.01. The seller names Sophie was already closing the door and said in the rude manner to the other customer that she needs to go home, store is closed and we can not pay, so if we want we can comeback tomorrow or another day. The other customer asked to call the chef of the store and asked if explanation. But the seller kept on saying that we can come tomorrow and that she needs to go home. It was shocking that her colleague was not yet back from the round of the store when she decided to close everything and switch off the light, not knowing if customers are left in the store. We were just two customers and it was one minute after 18. I have never seen this kind of attitude in Sweden toward the customer who was let I to the store and specially mother with two small kids. The speaker said that the store was closing but there was no message that you will not be able to pay if you already in the store.
