I trust Lee as an entrepreneur. He is very good in explaining and communicating solutions and what needs to be done to reach the goal. He is flexible and listens to suggestions. He follows up on processes and continuously send pictures and changes in the ongoing work. This is in particular good if you have an old house and complicated tasks. Ask him to set a date and milestones so that you are on the same page in planning the work - What do we do if the weather changes? Could we have an alternative plan? What would the end date be then?
