I had an appointment on November 7th and reported my dissatisfaction 2 days later since the coloring did not cover my gray hair. Nothing was done after my first call until I emailed the hairdresser. The supposed owner called me and informed at the end of the call, he will call back with a solution. Nobody has called me back. My gray hairs have been more visible since one week after my appointment. It is very expensive place for such a bad customer service. It is very disappointed. I have been their customer for 4 years. My advise to new customers is never leave the hairdresser if you are not 100% satisfied with the service. They are not able to handle customer dissatisfaction afterwards (maybe not even during the same day).
