🔥 Construction companies – read this before you sign a contract with BraByggare!! We signed a 12-month Premium contract with quarterly payment in advance. In practice, the model works like this: • Notice is sent out • A limited number of companies can respond • The assignment is fully subscribed within seconds On repeated occasions, assignments are closed before we even have time to open the app and read what the job is about. (documented over 40 cases in the last two weeks). This is not a one-off. It is a pattern! We have documentation with time-stamped screenshots. When we raised this with BraByggare, we received the answer that it is not a bug – but “high pressure”. They have also confirmed that there have been technical problems in the past that have been fixed. The contract is binding for 12 months. No refunds will be made during the current period. This means that you may end up in a situation where you pay for a service where the ability to even respond to assignments in practice is extremely limited - but are still obligated to pay for the entire period.
