Hi, we booked an appointment at imatchi and received our confirmation and access code. When we get to the paddelborgen, our code doesn't work. There are no staff. There's no one to call. We send both emails and messages on Facebook. No one answers us for 3 hours. Since we couldn't use our reservation, we're requesting a refund. That issue is still unresolved and we're waiting for an answer. Very poor service.
